Ad Hoc HR Support

  • You can contact us for advice as and when you need help with your HR or recruitment, with no commitment to minimum hours or regular payments.

  • Instead, you can simply Pay As You Go which will include a consultation and any follow up documentation needed to deal with a single issue.

Ongoing HR Support

  • We can be your business' HR department, available by phone, email or SMS to answer your HR or recruitment queries, offer support and provide documentation as required

  • Our packages start from just 3 hours per month and include both regular HR meetings and the implementation and maintenance of an HRIS.

Start up document packs and HR check ups

We can do a check up of your current HR documentation to see if it is in line with legislation and best practice.

We also have ready to go DIY packs of templates and guides to get your HR started, including:

  • employment contracts

  • policies and processes

  • standard HR letters

Recruitment Support

We have a variety of packages to support with recruitment.

We can provide a mentoring-style service for you showing you how to recruit effectively, or handle the entire process for you, whether it's for just one vacancy or a full-scale employment drive, we have the expertise and a package to help you attract the best talent to your business.

Projects and People Strategy

Your business may need help with more specific projects and strategic planning which I am also able to assist with. Change management, organisational design, restructure and redundancy, talent and succession planning, performance management, employee engagement, wellbeing and retention and absence management. With clear Terms of Reference and hours agreed in advance, I can help you future proof your business in a compliant way.
